Ceremony & Reception
Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30PM, so we kindly ask all guests to arrive early and be seated before the start of the service.
Immediately following the ceremony, please enjoy a cocktail hour with light bites, wine, and fellowship as we transition into an evening of love and celebration.
The reception will continue until 10:30 PM. Featuring food, dancing, and fun!
Is there a dresscode?
YES. Formal black and white attire requested.
Ladies — elegant gowns, dresses, or jumpsuits in black or white. Soft gold accents and a touch of emerald are welcome.
Gentlemen — classic black or white suits or tuxedos, ties or bowties encouraged.
The celebration will take place indoors, with access to the Rooftop Sky Lounge, so we suggest bringing a coat or wrap in case you’d like to step outside and enjoy the view.

Are Children Welcome?
While we love your little ones, this evening will be an adults-only celebration. Consider it a well-deserved night out — dress up, relax, and enjoy the night with us!
Where should out-of-town guests stay?
We’ll be staying at The Hilton Norfolk – The Main, and we’d love for our out-of-town guests to join us there! A special discount code will be available soon for those who’d like to book a room at the same hotel.
Can photos be posted?
Yes! We don’t mind photos being shared after the ceremony. However, we kindly ask that our ceremony remain unplugged — no photos or videos during that time, please. Once the celebration begins, feel free to capture and share all the special moments! Just don’t forget to tag us and use our hashtag #RossGotARingToIt. 
What meal options are available?
We’ll be serving a variety of delicious dishes, including a range of meats and flavorful sides — with the exception of seafood, due to the groom’s allergy. Vegetarian options will also be available to ensure everyone has something to enjoy. If you have any other allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
